Requirements
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Ability to direct team members on producing work
- Experience with water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, distribution, and storage is a plus
- Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service
- Experience with MS Office 365 and Autodesk/Bentley CAD platforms
- Ability to lead projects with moderate to minimal supervision
- A master's degree in civil engineering is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers and other discipline engineers to produce quality drawings.
- Perform engineering work in various fields such as water, wastewater, pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.
- Manage engineering teams and oversee civil engineering design.
- Prepare reports, develop plans, and create specifications.
- Review survey and basemap drawings on projects.
- Act as a productive team member and discipline lead from project inception to completion.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Provide quality checking of drafted products and mentor team members.
- Coordinate activities between all disciplines at the project level.
