• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or the ability to obtain it within 6 months from hire.
• At least 4 years of experience in a corporate engineering environment in an electrical engineering capacity.
• Strong mentorship focus to develop future engineers.
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D CADD.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design and perform calculations for lighting systems and associated controls.
• Prepare load analysis for different stages of design.
• Oversee the preparation of drawings detailing system design.
• Prepare basis of design reports and document energy compliance calculations.
• Design grounding and lightning protection systems.
• Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects of other disciplines.
• Facilitate construction administration.
