Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or the ability to obtain it within 6 months from hire.
- At least 4 years of experience in a corporate engineering environment in an electrical engineering capacity.
- Strong mentorship focus to develop future engineers.
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D CADD.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Design and perform calculations for lighting systems and associated controls.
- Prepare load analysis for different stages of design.
- Oversee the preparation of drawings detailing system design.
- Prepare basis of design reports and document energy compliance calculations.
- Design grounding and lightning protection systems.
- Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building.
- Coordinate with engineers and architects of other disciplines.
- Facilitate construction administration.
