• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Professional Engineering registration (P.E.) or the ability to obtain it.
• 7-15 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure and building-related design projects.
• Ability to perform as a lead mechanical engineer.
• Experience working in a multi-discipline team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with US building codes such as IMC, UMC, ASHRAE 90.1/62.1/62.2, IPC, and IBC.

• Perform building mechanical analysis and design for a wide range of projects.
• Produce technical reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
• Support pipe sizing calculations, pump selection, piping systems, chemical systems, HVAC design, and hydraulic studies.
• Collaborate with clients, general contractors, and trade partners on project delivery strategies.
