The position emphasizes guiding civil scope from concept through close-out while managing complex interfaces across various stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Hawaii Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 10+ years of relevant civil or transportation engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead civil scope from planning through construction support.
• Proficiency with civil design software such as Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads or Autodesk Civil 3D/AutoCAD.
