As a Sr. Project Engineer in the Los Angeles office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, particularly in the healthcare sector. You will coordinate the progression of trades and design-field staff while ensuring that all work meets the highest quality and safety standards. This position involves active participation in meetings with owners, architects, and contractors, guiding projects from construction commencement to occupancy. You will also support the Project Manager in managing project costs and change controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of project-related experience
• Good working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction processes
• Familiarity with building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods

• Coordinate the progression of trades and design-field staff on active projects
• Participate in Owner/Architect/contractor meetings throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the quality of work completed by contractors and consultants
• Develop and maintain project cost/change controls and project budgets
• Negotiate change order estimates and manage project timelines
