• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of project-related experience
• Good working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction processes, building systems, and technology
• Experience in contract management and project delivery methods

• Coordinate the progression of trades and design-field staff on active projects
• Participate in Owner/Architect/contractor meetings throughout the construction process
• Ensure that all contractor and consultant work is of the highest quality with a focus on safety
• Support the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls and budgets
