• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Washington PE registration or the possibility of obtaining it within one year
• At least 15 years of bridge engineering experience, including substantial precast segmental and complex bridge design
• Experience on large, multidisciplinary transit and roadway bridge design projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
