The Senior Electrical Engineering Project Discipline Lead for Gas Power Generation at Jacobs will play a crucial role in expanding the Energy & Power Solutions team. The role involves engaging with clients to assess their energy needs and developing comprehensive plans and solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of electrical engineering design and consulting experience with EPC firms, utilities, or large-scale consultants
- Proven ability to manage projects with complex scopes and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large teams of electrical engineers in detailed engineering studies and design for utility-scale power generation assets
- Collaborate with Technical Leadership, Operations, Client Account Managers, and sales professionals on strategic pursuits
- Engage with clients to evaluate their energy needs and develop concept-level plans and solutions
- Deliver innovative solutions that provide value to both clients and the company
