As a Complex Bridge Engineer at Jacobs, you will be an integral part of the Minnesota team, focusing on the design of complex bridge and transportation structures. You will work on various bridge types, including segmental post-tensioned and cable-stayed bridges, while collaborating with both domestic and international projects. • Master of Science in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois and/or Minnesota
• A minimum of 10 years of bridge design experience
• Experience with steel girder design, prestressed concrete design, and earth retaining structure design
• Thorough knowledge of AASHTO LRFD design code
• Proficiency in Midas, Leap Bridge Concrete, and similar analysis and design software

• Coordinate design activities and meetings between Jacobs staff and subcontractors
• Perform quality reviews and prepare budgets and schedules for bridge design tasks
• Train, direct, and mentor junior engineers and CAD staff
• Work on complex bridge and transportation structure design projects
• Support proposal development and business growth in the region
