• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Licensed Professional Engineer or NICET IV with substantial highway construction experience
• Field inspection experience with substantial professional years of experience
• Supervisory experience with substantial professional years of experience
• Knowledge of NJSDOT construction policies and procedures
• Basic knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license

• Perform daily project administration and coordination for construction projects
• Lead the inspection staff and review daily inspector reports
• Handle project correspondence and maintain accurate records
