The Sr. Overhead Contact System (OCS) Engineer role at Jacobs focuses on designing catenary systems for various rail systems across the United States. • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Substantial professional experience in the design of catenary systems
• Experience with AutoCAD/MicroStation
• Ability to travel when needed

• Design catenary systems for high-speed rail, commuter rail, light rail, and streetcar systems.
• Prepare catenary reports, plans, calculations, specifications, and estimates for OCS projects.
• Perform design calculations and develop specifications to meet client needs.
• Design layout plans, wire profiles, and catenary support structures.
• Work independently on catenary projects and collaborate within a team environment.
