• Substantial field inspection experience
• Substantial supervisory experience
• Knowledge of CTDOT construction policies and procedures
• Basic knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license

• Perform daily project administration and coordination for construction projects
• Lead the inspection staff and review daily inspector reports
• Handle project correspondence and maintain accurate records
• Produce estimates and assist with the change order process
