Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in an applicable field.
  • Construction project internships or experience.

  • Familiarity with contract management and project delivery methods.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Work with vendors, subcontractors, and Engineering to achieve timely submittal approval.
  • Coordinate RFIs to resolution with the assistance of the Engineering team.
  • Expedite equipment to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate and maintain the schedule associated with responsible scope.
  • Manage and maintain as-built drawings and documentation.
  • Assist with monthly cost projections for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Support project plan implementation for quality, change management, and safety.
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas, attend meetings, take notes, and publish notes and action item lists.
