Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction quality control and change management with an emphasis on geotechnical aspects.
- Familiarity with building codes, inspection processes, and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft OneNote, Procore, and other project documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Weekly Transmittal Folders and manage subcontractor reports.
- Populate and update the inspection log based on coordination with Site Team Leads.
- Complete Daily Field Reports and upload daily site photos to the server.
- Review and coordinate scope applicable design changes, RFIs, and submittals.
- Document standard operating procedures for common work tasks.
