• Lead the Capital Request process between the CPS Facilities and CPS Capital Planning and Construction Departments.
• Oversee a high-volume workflow of 1,200+ Capital Requests, ensuring timely resolution and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Capital Planning team to develop short-term and long-term Capital Plans.
• Manage construction renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, leading design and progress meetings to align project scope and expectations.
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle, preparing bid packages and leading pre-bid meetings.
• Lead the bid analysis and contract award process to select qualified contractors.
• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure milestones are met on time.
• Track budgets, process change orders, and ensure financial accountability throughout project phases.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support effective project execution.
