• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of work experience in transit, roadway, and/or bridge construction engineering.
• Prior experience with post-tensioning systems is required.
• Certifications in Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) are preferred.

• Conduct daily civil, roadway, and structural field inspections to ensure contractor compliance.
• Perform structural bridge inspections and inspect roadway construction activities.
• Lead construction progress meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and reconcile contractor pay estimates and maintain accurate records.
• Review contractor submittals and prepare daily construction reports detailing activities.
