Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer license
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering design within the Pulp & Paper market
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
- Experience with Protective Relaying and Power System Studies
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of electrical power distribution systems, including medium and low voltage equipment.
- Produce and review engineering deliverables such as single line diagrams, load studies, and arc flash analysis.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as NFPA and NEC.
- Oversee the integration of electrical systems with process equipment drives and mill automation platforms.
- Manage client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule for engineering tasks.
