The Senior Electrical Engineer will join Jacobs' People & Places Solutions team, focusing on delivering innovative electrical engineering solutions. This role involves leveraging extensive industry experience to tackle challenges in the Pulp & Paper market. The engineer will be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring technical quality in project deliverables. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer license
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering design within the Pulp & Paper market
• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
• Experience with Protective Relaying and Power System Studies

• Lead the development of electrical power distribution systems, including medium and low voltage equipment.
• Produce and review engineering deliverables such as single line diagrams, load studies, and arc flash analysis.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as NFPA and NEC.
• Oversee the integration of electrical systems with process equipment drives and mill automation platforms.
• Manage client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule for engineering tasks.
