The Mechanical Field Engineer will work on projects that support the client's data center site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This role involves collaborating with client owners and on-site personnel in a fast-paced environment. The engineer will be responsible for designing and evaluating mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing. The position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
• At least 3 years of practical application of mechanical facilities design engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid knowledge and application of building codes and related standards
• Proficient working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit

• Review vendor submittal packages against client requirements and specifications
• Perform field inspections and audits to verify compliance with contract documents
• Track and document non-conformance reports and oversee corrective actions
• Collaborate with contractors and project teams to enforce quality standards
• Support pre-installation meetings, punch lists, and final inspections
