Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- 2-4 years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
- Knowledge of 2-D modeling including SRH-2D and HEC-RAS 2D software
- Experience with Steady and Unsteady-state HEC-RAS 1D modeling and HEC-HMS or equivalent
- Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD, including knowledge of LiDAR data and surveying
Responsibilities
- Perform data collection and analysis for drainage and flood control projects
- Prepare technical studies and reports related to water resources engineering
- Assist in engineering calculations and stormwater management
- Utilize GIS to support engineering studies and prepare environmental documents
- Collaborate with team members to support local and regional clients
