Job description

The role involves working as part of a team of architects, engineers, and project managers focused on shipbuilding facility projects. The team is dedicated to planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of new or expanded facilities. Candidates will engage in innovative problem-solving to create lasting solutions for clients in the Federal Building & Infrastructure group. This position offers a chance to work with industry leaders and contribute to significant infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
  • At least 5 years of related industrial facility experience is necessary.
  • Experience with heavy industrial, medium voltage, and crane operations is required.
  • US Citizenship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, functional studies, construction plans, specifications, and schedules for utility infrastructure and industrial construction projects.
  • Recommend architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for facility planning and design.
  • Supervise the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and final inspection of facility projects.
  • Conduct construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Provide engineering consulting services to US Federal clients globally.
