The Senior Traffic Engineer will join Jacobs' Mid-Atlantic Advanced Mobility group, which consists of about 50 professionals in transportation planning and traffic engineering. This role focuses on leading traffic studies, analysis, and the development of plans and specifications for traffic and ITS improvements. The engineer will collaborate with the sales team to expand project portfolios with public agency clients in Pennsylvania and Delaware. This position offers opportunities to work on large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize innovative solutions in traffic engineering.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) License
• Substantial experience in traffic studies and design for public agency clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and/or Delaware
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits
• Resourceful, curious, and self-directed
• Local to Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
