Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil or environmental engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) registration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and team-oriented work practices.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in assisting with occasional site visits and field work to support projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of water quality improvement projects for state, regional, and local clients.
- Evaluate and select the best approaches to solve client challenges.
- Manage the design of large collection system improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Engage in site visits and field work as needed to support project execution.
