Job description

The Entry Level Structural Engineering Graduate position at Jacobs is designed for recent graduates looking to start their careers in structural engineering. As a member of the Built Environment team in Philadelphia, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and multi-discipline design teams on innovative projects. The role focuses on providing award-winning planning, engineering, and architectural design services. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the design of state-of-the-art structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
  • A 3.0 GPA is preferred
  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is a plus
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is desirable
  • Experience with commercial Structural Engineering software such as RAM, STAAD, RISA, and SAP is advantageous
