Job description

The Structural Engineering Professional will be a key member of the design team, focusing on structural analysis and design for advanced manufacturing projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer License (PE)
  • At least 10 years of experience in Structural Engineering
  • Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading small teams

Responsibilities

  • Perform all conventional aspects of Structural Engineering analysis and design with minimal supervision.
  • Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques.
  • Exercise sound engineering judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
  • Manage workload effectively and take full ownership of assigned work.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced engineers and designers.
  • Embrace emerging technologies and advance workflows within the structural discipline.
