Requirements

- At least 8 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
- Professional Engineering licensure in any US state
- Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships
- Demonstrated ability to engage in business growth strategy
- Passion for mentoring and development of junior technical staff
- Availability to travel as required to support project needs
- Availability to work at least 2 days per week in the Fort Worth, TX office
Responsibilities
- Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on strategic pursuits
- Evaluate client energy needs and develop concept-level plans and solutions
- Take projects through detailed design to full execution
- Engage in strategy formation, business development, and sales for energy transition portfolio
