• Lead coordination of Engineering P&L reporting, ensuring a unified financial view across multiple spend categories.
• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and planning related to assigned P&L line items.
• Build and maintain benchmarks and business metrics tied to headcount, compensation, and Engineering spend.
• Partner closely with Engineering, HR, and Corporate FP&A to improve reporting accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Support CFO-led strategic initiatives and contribute to broader business decision-making.
