The Senior Structural Engineer will be part of Jacobs' Advanced Manufacturing team, focusing on projects related to Data Centers, including new builds and retrofits. This role involves working with a diverse team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions. • Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 8 or more years of professional experience in structural engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer with the ability to become registered in additional states
• Knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCad, Revit, MicroStation and S3D
• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as RISA or STAAD
• Knowledge and application of ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, AIST Technical Report 13, and other industry relevant design codes and standards
• Proficiency with MS Office suite software including MS Teams for remote coordination
• Ability for travel to various client’s sites (approx. 10% to 20% travel)

• Perform a variety of structural analysis and create computer models for structures.
• Conduct calculations for member designs and foundations, including material take-offs for estimating.
• Assist with project schedules and preparation of miscellaneous calculations.
• Liaise with internal professionals and design departments for effective project delivery.
• Coordinate designs with other Jacobs offices both domestically and internationally.
