• Professional Engineer license
• Approximately 10 or more years of progressive roadway and highway engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects for state departments of transportation, counties, or municipalities
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D or OpenRoads for corridor modeling and preparation of construction plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
