Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer License (PE)
  • 5-10 years of previous professional engineering roadway design and geometrics experience leading tasks
  • Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience
  • Strong Civil 3D or OpenRoads background for modeling and preparing construction plans
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Utilize transportation design expertise in roadway and highway engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Lead project designs and collaborate with engineers and project managers to solve unique challenges.
  • Expand the presence of the Texas South transportation practice.
