• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering
• Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Perform all conventional aspects of Structural Engineering analysis and design under general supervision.
• Plan and conduct work requiring judgement in the evaluation and selection of engineering techniques.
• Exercise sound engineering judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Possess knowledge of principles and practices of lateral analysis and design, including wind and seismic.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
• Manage workload effectively and take full ownership of assigned work.
