Job description

Microsoft AI is seeking a talented iOS engineer to contribute to the development of the Copilot AI assistant. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and AI Research, to create outstanding consumer-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring positive energy to the team. This position requires a strong focus on building high-quality, maintainable code while fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including Swift, Objective-C, or Java, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including Swift, Objective-C, or Java, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including Swift, Objective-C, or Java, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience building iOS applications from scratch.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Care deeply about building outstanding consumer-grade mobile applications.
  • Build consumer-grade applications for iOS.
  • Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Work collaboratively with Designers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers.
