• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 3+ months of related research internship experience.
• Fluency in Python and modern data libraries.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.

• Build high-quality datasets and benchmarks for training AI models.
• Apply expertise in pre-training, post-training, and reinforcement learning for language and multimodal models.
• Create and maintain scalable pipelines for large, complex datasets.
• Assess multimodal datasets for quality, diversity, and relevance.
• Build tools for dataset auditing, visualization, and versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push research and product boundaries.
