Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and programs related to AI/ML infrastructure, including end-to-end planning and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners to identify gaps and drive timelines toward resolution.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs.
- Own the status of key infrastructure projects, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Communicate program strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
