Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and PDF editors
- Relevant construction and/or water/wastewater coursework or projects
- Prior work or internship experience with an engineering consultancy or municipality is preferred
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain it within the first year
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site troubleshooting based on field conditions including construction observation, startup and testing, and project closeout activities.
- Assist with the bid phase and award of construction contracts.
- Manage construction contracts including schedule, time, and quality management.
- Assist in the preparation of plans and specifications.
- Perform research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies.
