• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Computer-Aided Drafting and Engineering (CAD/CAE)
• Registered Engineer-in-Training or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• A passion for aviation
• Previous intern or co-op experience is preferred

• Participate in planning-level aviation assignments under the direction of senior staff
• Perform civil engineering design including computer modeling, calculations, and reporting
• Prepare specifications and produce plan sets for airfield projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with other aviation design professionals as part of a cohesive design team
• Provide bid-phase and construction-phase services such as answering requests for information and reviewing shop drawings
• Attend site visits to perform engineering services including construction quality and acceptance testing
• Participate in design team and client meetings
• Attend industry-level training and collaboration events
