• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience, OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 1+ year(s) related experience, OR Doctorate in the same fields, OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience creating publications such as patents or peer-reviewed academic papers.
• Problem solving and data analysis skills with expertise in developing or applying predictive analytics, statistical modeling, data mining, or machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries such as PyTorch.
• Experience with transformer-based models like GPT or Llama.

• Research and develop an understanding of state-of-the-art tools, technologies, and methods used in the research community and product groups.
• Advance the research agenda through projects that yield new algorithms, prototypes, theories, tools, methods, or collections of data.
• Drive the team's strategic vision and align it with overall company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
