• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience building software systems, focusing on large-scale, distributed platforms.
• Programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of security principles and challenges of securing large-scale systems.

• Lead the design and implementation of robust workflows that streamline deployment and optimize operations of Microsoft Purview solutions across specialized clouds.
• Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, security professionals, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance to handle vast amounts of data across diverse digital systems while ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
• Work on cloud-native technologies and distributed systems to build a robust, resilient, and secure platform.
• Continuously improve the platform by leveraging new technologies and best practices in security, data governance, and cloud infrastructure.
