The Software Engineer role on the M365 Air Gapped Clouds team focuses on building tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and reliability of Microsoft 365 operations in government cloud environments. The team is responsible for developing software solutions that support various M365 services, including Exchange and Teams. Candidates will engage in writing maintainable code and implementing workflows while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement code for products, services, or features with minimal supervision.
- Act as a designated responsible individual (DRI) for monitoring system/product features and responding to incidents.
- Maintain operations of live site services while following security best practices.
- Contribute to the identification of requirements and development of automation for product features.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand customer/user requirements for features.
- Stay current with developments to improve product availability, reliability, and performance.
