Job description

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be part of the Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) Group, specifically within the Reporting and Analytics team. This role focuses on developing and operating applications and systems to solve complex business problems using Microsoft cloud-based technologies. The candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to build solutions on PowerPlatform and manage cloud resources on Azure. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can drive impact and enable others through effective collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in ReactJS and modern front-end development.
  • Experience designing and developing cloud-based services or microservices, including Web APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Azure services and familiarity with building scalable, cloud-based solutions.
  • Data analysis and visualization experience, including T-SQL, Power BI, Excel, KQL, Azure Data Factory, and Python.
  • Willingness to learn and apply Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or partner with Engineering to design solutions to complex technical needs.
  • Design and implement new features to support customer requirements and improve existing platforms.
  • Propose, design, build, and deliver solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand objectives and prioritize projects for maximum impact.
  • Ensure delivered solutions are stable, supportable, compliant, extensible, and trusted by business partners.
  • Maintain cloud resources hosted on Azure.
  • Educate customers on leveraging large data sets as an asset for their function/business.
  • Drive data standards and continuous improvement feedback loop.
