Job description

The Senior Technical Program Manager will join Entra ID's Identity Buildout team to tackle complex product and infrastructure challenges. This role focuses on enhancing engineering and financial efficiency while supporting Entra's growth into new regions and sovereign clouds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-organizational programs and will be responsible for driving initiatives that ensure operational readiness. Success in this position requires a structured approach to problem-solving and effective communication across various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years’ experience managing cross functional and/or cross-team programs, projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience with software development lifecycles from conception to delivery.
  • At least 2 years of experience with data analysis, data presentation using Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to identify, scope, and drive complex technical programs.
  • Define clear program goals, success criteria, and priorities for initiatives you own.
  • Drive proactive, data-informed risk management across programs.
  • Establish and track success metrics in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and drive end-to-end execution across complex, multi-team programs.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
