• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience building software systems, with a focus on large-scale, distributed platforms.
• Programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• Experience guiding and mentoring engineers.

• Lead the design and implementation of robust workflows that streamline deployment and optimize operations of Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance to handle vast amounts of data while ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
