This role involves engaging with silicon companies to support product roadmaps and collaborating closely with various teams including architects, engineers, and marketers. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years' experience with software or hardware technology products in product management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
• 4+ years of experience defining and driving complex strategic partnerships with enterprise-scale organizations, including high-value contracts.
• 4+ years of industry experience working in a matrixed environment, demonstrating effective cross-team and cross-function collaboration and influence.
• 4+ years of experience demonstrating effective written and verbal communication and collaboration with executive leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.

• Define and drive strategies for partnering with silicon companies.
• Drive the process to evaluate opportunities for silicon technology and IP.
• Define business frameworks and drive complex business deals and contracts.
• Define and drive internal and external processes to work effectively with partners.
• Develop effective relationships across partner organizations and drive day-to-day engagement.
• Activate internal teams to align roadmaps and investments with silicon partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful co-engineering.
