The Microsoft Windows & Devices team is looking for a Senior Program Manager focused on silicon planning and partnerships. This role involves engaging with silicon companies to support product roadmaps and collaborating closely with various teams including architects, engineers, and marketers. The position emphasizes delivering innovative experiences through effective partnerships and strategic business frameworks. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years' experience with software or hardware technology products in product management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
- 4+ years of experience defining and driving complex strategic partnerships with enterprise-scale organizations, including high-value contracts.
- 4+ years of industry experience working in a matrixed environment, demonstrating effective cross-team and cross-function collaboration and influence.
- 4+ years of experience demonstrating effective written and verbal communication and collaboration with executive leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategies for partnering with silicon companies.
- Drive the process to evaluate opportunities for silicon technology and IP.
- Define business frameworks and drive complex business deals and contracts.
- Define and drive internal and external processes to work effectively with partners.
- Develop effective relationships across partner organizations and drive day-to-day engagement.
- Activate internal teams to align roadmaps and investments with silicon partners.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful co-engineering.
