Join the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Tech team to develop innovative data and analytic solutions for the healthcare industry. You will leverage extensive healthcare data to address complex challenges and improve healthcare delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a healthcare-related field or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Data Analytics)
- 1+ years of healthcare data experience, including a strong background in healthcare or clinical analytics
- High proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently mine and process large-scale, complex healthcare datasets
- Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of claims billing processes and code sets (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Working knowledge of additional coding languages (e.g., Python, R) is a strong plus
- Self-starter with a healthy skepticism regarding data validity
Responsibilities
- Build next-generation data and analytic solutions for the healthcare industry
- Own and scale proprietary analytic assets to solve complex challenges for payers, providers, and healthcare services
- Bridge the gap between deep technical data analysis and strategic client impact
- Develop scalable analytic assets aimed at improving healthcare delivery and outcomes
