This role involves working with healthcare providers to drive change and optimize revenue cycle management. You will engage with client leaders to implement growth solutions and ensure sustainable results, focusing on areas such as pricing capabilities and mid-cycle performance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree; advanced degree in a quantitative or healthcare discipline is a plus
- 4+ years of professional experience in a healthcare environment with end-to-end revenue cycle transformation experience
- Experience working with external clients and sharing recommendations
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and engage senior leaders
- Exposure to managing projects that improve revenue cycle performance
- Familiarity with revenue cycle technology assets and concepts
- Strong analytical skills in claims, productivity, access, and volume data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable traveling to client sites, up to 60-70% of the time
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client leaders and front-line operators to drive change
- Support healthcare providers in growing volume and optimizing pricing
- Engage deeply across clients' businesses to build capabilities and processes
