• Experience in elevating engineers through code reviews, design documentation, and mentorship.

• Lead the technical strategy and execution for core search initiatives.
• Design, code, and ship features using Go and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and UXR to understand user needs and ship engaging features.
• Mentor other engineers and promote a culture of high-quality code and rapid execution.
