The ideal candidate will have over four years of hands-on experience and will leverage generative AI capabilities to enhance workflows and improve efficiency. The position emphasizes disciplined release management and secure integrations within Uber's technical ecosystem.

• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations for Employee Workflows.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist technologies and generative AI workflows.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer are required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
