The Eater Messaging team is responsible for managing in-app and out-of-app messaging to Eaters, including push messages and billboards. As part of the Core Consumer experience team, this role focuses on enhancing communication strategies and automating processes to deliver value to Eaters. The position involves leading a team of engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive product development. This is an opportunity to shape the messaging platform and improve user engagement.

• Proven track record of coaching and growing engineers.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering.
• Ability to execute and drive product roadmap.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Managed teams sized 5 - 10 people.
