Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in the Denver, Colorado area, focusing on sustainable design and engineering solutions for various sectors including mining and rail. The role involves a mix of engineering design, permitting, and field engineering, offering a flexible hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will work on hydraulic modeling, erosion control evaluations, and civil infrastructure projects. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer, with willingness to obtain reciprocity in western states such as Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona
• 7+ years of related experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software such as HydroCAD, WinTR-55, PondPack, and HEC-RAS

• Develop and plan hydraulic modeling and calculations
• Conduct erosion and sediment control evaluations and layout
• Perform watershed evaluations and earthwork site design
• Prepare permit and construction-level drawings and details
• Write technical specifications and reports for civil and environmental permitting
• Interface directly with clients and contractors to manage project delivery
• Assist in field construction and inspections as needed
