Job description

Arcadis is seeking an Air Quality Engineer to join the Integrated Sustainability and Compliance team in Texas. This hybrid role involves working in an office, remotely, and visiting client sites. The team focuses on air quality services for various industries, including oil and gas, and is rapidly growing within the company's global strategy. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Air Quality, including Oil and Gas air emission calculations and permitting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of air quality services for clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, chemical, transportation, and oil and gas.
  • Assist clients with permitting and routine air quality compliance reporting such as compliance certifications, emissions tracking, deviation reports, and MACT reports.
  • Perform emissions calculations for regulated air pollutants and greenhouse gases for reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of air permit applications such as Permits-by-Rule, minor NSR, FESOP, and Title V.
  • Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously utilizing strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel up to 10-20% for project and client needs, which may include single overnight trips.
