Responsibilities

  • Function as part of a team during technical implementations for Dynamics/Power Platform.
  • Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices and trade-offs.
  • Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks and learn new client information quickly.
  • Lead a team of developers through technical architecture and provide mentoring.
  • Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are adhered to by the development team.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external relationships while contributing to thought leadership.
  • Conduct performance reviews and participate in business development initiatives.
